Over the last 2 years we have completed the first phases of development which have increased our previous 19 beds to a 32 bed dual diagnosis clinic, together with full psychiatric profiling. Due to our current re-organization, and further planned growth, we need to increase our enthusiastic and dynamic team, therefore we are looking to recruit exceptional people for our residential treatment facility:

ASSISTANT MANAGER WITH FULL MANAGEMENT POTENTIAL

Can you make a difference? Are you looking for a new challenge? Have you worked in the field of substance misuse? We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills. We are seeking an assistant manager that is ambitious enough to replace the current manager when they are promoted to Director level next year. A medical qualification would be an advantage.

We are offering an opportunity to help develop our structured, planned, unique programme, working towards a recovery model that helps clients recognise their own potential. Lampton Court sits in beautiful countryside, close to the town of Bideford.

Psychiatrist / Specialist

Lampton Court is well established 19 bed addiction rehabilitation centre. Over the next 2 years the clinic will be extended to 40 beds, to include the development of a specialist dual diagnosis unit.

We are currently recruiting recently qualified, or clinic psychiatrist to lead our experienced multi-disciplined team in this further development providing a comprehensive addictions unit, offering both inpatient and outpatient care for all forms of addiction.

We would welcome applications from individuals with a minimum of 12 months experience in addictions who are able to work on their own initiative. Applicants should have full GMC registration or equivalent, to enable registration with the GMC, and have a reasonable knowledge of the English language, enabling them to communicate in English.

Lampton Court is registered as a residential care home. It is set within its own beautiful surroundings in 8.5 acres of garden and woodlands, and including an organic walled kitchen garden. The property is within the rural location of Littleham, 1 mile north of the historic town of Bideford, North Devon, in the South West of England, famed for its sandy beaches and rocky coastline.

We will consider candidates who can work both full-time or part-time and the starting salary is between € 46,000 to €89,000 per year (pro-rata for part-time) plus benefits.

Due to our planned growth over the next year we are looking for an experienced Counsellor to support our new treatment programme at Lampton Court. 

A qualification is counselling is essential, with experience in drug/alcohol addiction. We are committed to providing an excellent programme to our service users. We offer competitive and progressive salary dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Within the planned expansion of our facility we will have positions for staff with experience of detoxification work or with medical knowledge of substance misuse or mental health.

The position will require you to work on a shift/rota system. Over 24hrs

Pay is competitive and progressive within the company dependent upon your experience and qualifications.

SENIOR & JUNIOR ACTIVITY INSTRUCTORS

We are looking for well-motivated, energetic instructors to deliver our dynamic experiential learning programme of activities to small groups of clients at our residential addiction clinic in North Devon. 

Candidates should have at least 5 years experience working with adults and preferably (2 years experience for junior activity instructor) and have at least two qualifications in rock climbing, caving, water sports or general sports instruction. 

The position is full time and permanent, with a competitive salary. Applicants should have a clean driving licence and First Aid and life saving certificate.

Permanent positions, excellent rates of pay dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Lampton Court is a well established 32 bed specialist dual diagnosis addiction and rehabilitation centre.

We are currently recruiting qualified Chef/ Cook with additional teaching skills to instruct our residents on a one to one bases, in basic life skills associated with;

  • food hygiene
  • nutrition
  • budgeting

This is a newer develpoment in our programme and the candidate should be able to work well within our multi-disciplined team in this and other exciting developments.

We would welcome applications from individuals a good knowledge of the English Language, enabling them to communicate in English.
